A personalised treatment which focuses on moving Qi and Blood in sinews and acupuncture channels.

 

   Flash, static or slide cupping OR Gua sha is used on the back followed by an oil massage on the arms and legs. Grape seed or castor oil is used for the massage. 

 

If you experience digestive issues then an abdomen massage is included.

 

The massage ends with a face massage to relax facial muscles and activate acupuncture points on the face.
