The clinic is located on Hopton Road (SW16 2EL), just a few minutes walk from Streatham train station and Streatham High Road.
GETTING TO THE CLINIC
Parking: Free parking is available on the street. Recently, parking near the clinic has become an issue as neighbouring streets now have controlled parking. Please allow extra time to find parking.
PLEASE NOTE:
1) Do not park in front of a yellow drop-down curb. Cars parked here are issued a parking ticket by the council :(
2) Ritherdon & Polworth Roads are now in a school zone at school drop-off and pick-up times, so cannot be driven down.

Trains: Nearest station is Streatham station. Trains from Sutton, London Bridge & St Albans come to Streatham.
Fees
Insurance Company Cover
As a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of treatments when we are asked to claim directly from Insurers. This is because a fee is charged for each payment as well as a monthly fee to subscribe to the service. A limit is applied to the fee that can be charged for each treatment, which, for some insurers, is significantly lower than the fee that would be charged by the clinic.
We hope you understand that additional costs can make a big difference to a small business. We, therefore, ask that you pay directly and then claim back from your insurer. In our experience, as long as you have had approval for acupuncture treatments prior to coming to the clinic, most insurers pay within a few days. Please note that we are not registered with BUPA or Vitality Health.

Please be aware that Insurance companies can contact the clinic to confirm payment and treatment dates. By accepting treatment that will be covered by insurance, you accept that this information can be shared with your insurer.
